Über den Autor
Mike Valentine has 13 years of experience in the IT field, specializing in network design and installation. He is currently a Cisco trainer with Skyline Advanced Technology Services and specializes in Cisco Unified Communications, CCNA, and CCNP classes. His accessible, humorous, and effective teaching style has demystified Cisco for hundreds of students since he began teaching in 2002. Mike holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of British Columbia and currently holds the MCSE: Security, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCVP, IPTX, QoS, CCSI #31461, C-EH, and CTP certifications. He has completed the CCIE written exam. Mike was on the development team for the Cisco Unified Communications Architecture and Design official Cisco courseware and is currently developing custom Unified Communications courseware for Skyline. Mike coauthored the popular CCNA Exam Cram, second edition, first published in December 2005, as well as the third edition of that volume published in December 2007.
