Turning Point

Anita, young, beautiful and smart, any mans dream; was dealing with her life changing situations. Anita had received her Bachelors degree from a prominent black university, then went on to receive her Masters from a medical school in Virginia and now she was a year from completing her doctrine, when Prince, the ambitious, smooth street hustler walked into her life. He had just came home off a murder charge and was trying to get back on, while she was coping with her ex-fiancée filling her with false dreams, going Pro and leaving her HIV Positive. Leah, was Dropp's teenage love; she was his heart. She loved him and nothing would ever come between what they shared, but when Dropp gets caught up and sentenced to five years, Brit was there to show her she never had to be alone. Brit, a well known ex-hustler who owns Triple Play, barbershop/detail shop/studio, is where she found stability and comfort. After five years with Brit and having his daughter, Dropp is back on the street and shining like the sun with Leah on his mind. His persistence makes her question her love for Brit and why she still feels Dropp belongs to her. Precious' life was the projects she was raised in. Growing up in Oakley Park, Southside of Norfolk wasn't the worst, but the men and women that ventured in and out of the projects were unbearable. She was finally rescued by a young hustler out of Carolina who taught her a skill that would get her money forever, but this glamorous life was short-lived when her birthday party turned into a murderous bloodbath between the love of her life and her brothers, Truck and Cadillac.
