Über den Autor


Sven Biscop is Director of the Europe in the World Programme at Egmont - Royal Institute for International Relations in Brussels, and Editor-in-Chief of its journal Studia Diplomatica and its Egmont Papers. He teaches at Ghent University and the College of Europe (Bruges).Richard G. Whitman is Professor of Politics and International Relations in the School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Kent, and an Associate Fellow at Chatham House.
