Über den Autor
Dr Russell Brewer is a Lecturer at Flinders University Law School, and an Associate Investigator in the Centre of Excellence in Policing and Security (CEPS). He holds a PhD in Law from the Australian National University, and is currently a Departmental Visitor at that institution. His research interests include policing, crime prevention, organised crime, and social networks and he has spent the past few years examining crime control strategies on American andAustralian waterfronts - looking specifically at the successes (and failures) of public/private policing partnerships.
