Raphael Bossong is a lecturer at the Europe University Viadrina, Germany. His research analyses EU security policy from the perspective of public administration and organizational theory, with an emphasis on the fight against terrorism and civilian crisis management.Mark Rhinard is a Senior Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs and Associate Professor at Stockholm University. He specializes in international cooperation on complex threats, with special attention placed on internal and external security cooperation in the European Union.
