Wendy Jolliffe is Professor of Education and was, until recently, Head of Teacher Education at the University of Hull, UK. She has worked as a regional adviser for ITT for theNational Strategies and advised ITT providers on effective provision forliteracy. Wendy is a former deputy headteacher in a primary school in Hull andshe has published extensively on teaching English and implementing cooperativelearning.
