NICOLAS T. TAYLOR is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Addictions Counselor. He is Director and Primary Clinician at Taylor Behavioral Health in Colorado. HERBERT C. COVEY is a Sociologist and a Field Administrator with the Colorado Department of Human Services and Vice-Chair of the State Juvenile Parole Board. He is also an instructor at the University of Colorado. He is the author of The Methamphetamine Crisis (Praeger, 2006).
