Michael Marshall
THE BIG BROTHER
Buch
Fourteen personal reflections that reveal the impact of a bond two brothers shared for nearly seven decades. Growing up in Delaware from the 1940's through the 1960's, their adult lives went in two different directions. One to New York and the other to California. Learn how the Big Brother quietly led by example and left a storehouse of memories as a guide for the younger brother to sort through following his death. A celebration of life, family, and support, this heartwarming collection of stories about two African American men reflects the real power of love, dreams, and aspirations.

Über den Autor
MICHAEL MARSHALL is the fifth child of John and Mildred Marshall. His parents made the move from eastern shore Virginia to Wilmington, DE during the great migration in the early 1940's. It was in Delaware that his parents raised seven children and stayed close to a host of relatives and friends. Michael started his work career at the University of Delaware, his Alma mater. His fascination with the business world took him to Colorado where he started a long and successful career in the corporate world, most notably at Experian and MICROS Systems. He is now retired in Southern California and spends his time as a volunteer consultant to non-profit organizations, playing tennis, traveling, and being a good brother, uncle, and partner. This is Michael's first book.
