Maurya Wickstrom is Professor of Theatre at The Graduate Center and College of Staten Island, City University of New York, USA. She is the author of two monographs, Performance in the Blockades of Neoliberalism: Thinking the Political Anew (2012) and Performing Consumers: Global Capital and Its Theatrical Seductions (2006).
