This work is an investigation which is directed to examine empirically the impact of the three work related attitudes viz., job satisfaction, motivation and job involvement on the organizational commitment of industrial workers. Then the impact of the two work related attitudes viz., job satisfaction and job involvement has been examined over motivation level of workers.
