The author is presently working as Assistant Professor Law at Manipal University Jaipur. She graduated in law from the very prestigious Indian Law Society's Law College, Pune (ILS). She did her Masters in Law from Amity University Jaipur and secured a gold medal in the program. She is currently pursuing Doctoral program in law.
