Mr. Ibrahim is an assistant professor at Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering, Irrigation and Hydraulics Department. Mr. Ibrahim has a PhD degree from Cairo University. Thesis title Optimal Planning and Design of Run-of-River Hydroelectric Power Projects. His master degree is in Water Resources Engineering.
