Sandeep Kumar is a Ph.D. scholar at the Centre for Inner Asian Studies (CIAS), School of International Studies (SIS) in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He has completed his M.Phil. in 2016 and pursuing his Ph.D. from the same university.
