Cai Fang is the chief expert of National Think Tank and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is a member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Agricultural & Rural Affairs Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of China. Professor Cai's research interests include: China's economic reform and development, population economics, labor economics, and poverty.
