Cathryn Costello is Andrew W Mellon Professor of Refugee and Migration Law at the Refugee Studies Centre, University of Oxford (2013-present); Professor of Fundamental Rights and Co-Director of the Centre for Fundamental Rights at the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin (2020-present); and Professor II at the University of Oslo (2018-present). She has published widely on international refugee and migration law, focusing in particular on intersections with human andlabour rights. Her research has been supported by a number of prestigious grants, including an individual European Research Council grant (RefMig 2017-2022).Michelle Foster is a Professor and the inaugural Director of the Peter McMullin Centre on Statelessness at Melbourne Law School. Michelle has published widely in international refugee law, human rights and statelessness, including International Refugee Law and Socio-Economic Rights: Refuge from Deprivation (CUP, 2007), with James C. Hathaway, The Law of Refugee Status, Second Edition, (CUP, 2014), and with Hélène Lambert, International Refugee Law and the Protection of StatelessPersons (OUP 2019). Michelle is an Advisory Board Member of the Melbourne Journal of International Law, and Editor in Chief (with Dr Laura van Waas) of the Statelessness and Citizenship Review.Jane McAdam is Scientia Professor of Law and Director of the Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law at UNSW Sydney. She is a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law. She publishes widely in international refugee law and forced migration, with a particular focus on climate change, disasters and displacement. McAdam is Editor-in-Chief of the leading International Journal of Refugee Law. In 2017, she was awarded the CalousteGulbenkian Prize for Human Rights, becoming the first Australian recipient of the award.
