Über den Autor

Ewen Montagu was educated at Westminster School, Harvard and Trinity College, Cambridge. Called to the Bar in 1924, he became a KC in 1939, the youngest of his year. He served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War, from 1940 in the Naval Intelligence Division at the Admiralty. He was appointed OBE (Military) for his work there and was subsequently promoted to CBE.
