Stephen H. Smith is an engineer for the largest professional services provider in biopharmaceuticals and has worked with some of the world's top pharmaceutical companies for over 35 years. He has designed and operated research and production facilities internationally and lived in Europe and China while starting up facilities there. Smith is a commercial pilot, glider pilot, ground instructor, instrument flight instructor, and previously the chief flight instructor for the Lexington Flying Club in Lexington, Kentucky.
