Über den Autor
Mary Harlow is a Senior Lecturer in Roman History at the University of Birmingham. She has co-edited various classics titles including Growing Up and Growing Old in Ancient Rome: A Life Course Approach (Routledge, 2002). Along with Tim Parkin she wrote, The Greek and Roman Family for The Blackwell Companion to Ancient History edited by Andrew Erskine (2008). Tim Parkin is Professor of Ancient History at the University of Manchester. He is widely published and his most recent book is Roman Social History: A Sourcebook with A. J. Pomeroy (Routledge, 2007).
