Über den Autor
The International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC) was jointly established by the Chinese government, UNDP and other international organizations in May 2005. Supervised domestically by the LGOP, the Center is also the world's sole international platform specialized in poverty reduction research, training, exchange and cooperation. When he addressed the 2015 Global Poverty Reduction and Development Forum in October 2015, China's President Xi Jinping stated that China will make good use of IPRCC and other international exchange platforms to propose Chinese solutions and contribute Chinese wisdom for the purpose of better sharing poverty reduction experience among developing countries. The IPRCC's missions and tasks include conducting poverty reduction research, sharing development experience, advancing international exchanges, promoting South-South cooperation, engaging social forces in poverty alleviation, and introducing foreign capital to poverty alleviation.
