Mukosasenge Jacques, nascido em Goma a 25 de Julho de 1970, é originário de Hutwe, uma aldeia do domínio principal de Bamate (da qual é membro da família dominante), Território Lubero na província de Kivu Norte, RDC. Actor de desenvolvimento na abordagem de transformação comunitária, ele trabalha na protecção e advocacia comunitária.
