Über den Autor
Dr. Joseph Lee is a senior lecturer at Exeter Law School. He received his PhD in law from the University of London. He has been visiting professor and collaborateur scientifique at the University of Liège, Belgium, visiting professor at National Taiwan University, and Canon fellow at the Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, University of Tokyo. He has lectured at the University of Hong Kong, Kyushu University, Nagoya University, and Bocconi University. Dr. Lee has published widely on the subjects of company law, corporate governance, financial markets regulation, commercial law, and arbitration. He is an adviser to the Astana International Financial Centre and a New York attorney.
