This book is based on naphthoquinones and their biological evaluation for different targets (DNA topoisomerase-I, COX-2, Neuraminidase). Enzyme and cyto-toxicity assay was performed with molecular docking studies. 3, 3'-(arylmethylene) bis (2-hydroxynaphthalene-1, 4 dione) derivatives were synthesized from lawsone by two methods 1] in presence of LiCl 2] amino acid ester.
