Study of Impact of Mentoring On the Work of Teachers at Primary Level
This study will be very significant as very little study has been conducted on this subject in Pakistan. This program has been introduced in 2010 partially and launched completely by the year 2013 at primary level. This research will be used to inform and open the debate to prepare teachers for their teaching carrier. More-over it will generate and provide guidelines to policy makers, educationists, planners, students and other stakeholders in the field of education. This study will be helpful in the professional development of teachers, encouraging teaching skills, competencies, and shaping desirable behaviors among teachers.
