This book is on Cryptosporidium, an intracellular and extra cytoplasmic enteropathogen. Cryptosporidium is a protozoan parasite which affects gastrointestinal tract of wide variety of animals including mammals, reptiles and birds. The protozoan parasite is transmitted by faeco-oral route and environmental oocyst contamination may have role in precipitation of the disease.
