The present investigation entitled, Standardization of dehydration techniques for cut flowers viz., rose, gerbera, gomphrena was conducted in two separate aspects with two experiments. Both the experiments were handled at P. G. laboratory, Department of Horticulture, College of Agriculture, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh during the year 2014.
