A detailed analysis of a prolate hemispheroidal dielectric resonator antenna excited by a rectangular slot aperture is presented. The dyadic Green's functions pertaining to a magnetic-current source located in a dielectric spheroid is derived and expressed in a form convenient for numerical computations. Über den Autor


Yunpeng Song received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Concordia University, Canada. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at McMaster University, Canada. His research interests include computational EM, antennas and advanced EM system analysis. He joined Finisar Corporation, USA, as an RF Design Engineer in 2008.
