Continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) is widely used in chemical industries. The control of CSTR is difficult due to its complex non-linear behavior. The parameters of the reactor like concentration and temperature both are uncertain so CSTR has disturbance in domain. A controller has to be designed for the disturbance rejection. . PID is a feedback controller and its implementation is easy so it is widely used in control system application.
