Adam received his Bachelors of Arts at Anderson University in Anderson, IN, and his Masters of Science from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. His PhD is from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, in Health Care Administration. His current research interests are in attrition and turnover predictors in college athletics.
