A Middleware for Highly Dynamic and Heterogeneous Environments
Software in mobile and ubiquitous computing scenarios has to cope with a highly dynamic and heterogeneous environment. For tapping the environment's full potential, software should be able to dynamically adapt on demand in a platform- and language-independent manner (e.g., by migration). Über den Autor
Holger Schmidt received his PhD in computer science from UlmUniversity, Germany, in 2009. At the Institute of DistributedSystems at Ulm University, he did research in the area of mobileobject systems, adaptive middleware systems and multimediacommunication. He received his Dipl.-Inf. in computer sciencefrom the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg.
