Kishor Kumar is an Associate Professor in K. M. Govt. Girls P. G. College, Badalpur, G. B. Nagar, India. He has done his Masters of Arts in History and thereafter Ph.D. with a thesis on 'Concept of Political Representation in Indian System' from C.C.S. University Meerut. He has an additional charge of Director, Swami Vivekananda Study Centre.
