Duncan Chappellisa lawyer and criminologist, is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Sydney, Australiaand a Conjoint Professor in the School of Psychiatry in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is the immediate past President of the New South Wales Mental Health Review Tribunal, and a past Director of the Australian Institute of Criminology.
