Über den Autor
John Yau is an award-winning poet and fiction writer who has been publishing essays and reviews on art since 1978. He has published over 50 books of poetry, artists' books, fiction, and art criticism including California Landscapes: Richard Diebenkorn / Wayne Thiebaud. He is a professor of critical studies at Rutgers University and has received fellowships from the NEA, Guggenheim Foundation, and the New York Foundation for the Arts. In 2021, he was awarded the Rabkin Prize for excellence in visual arts journalism. Mr. Yau lives in New York City.
