The broader issue in this study is social justice, with particular reference to gender justice which is underpinned by theological reflection. The question of ordination of women is a justice issue. However, the task of this study is not simply an exercise in scholarship. Rather, it is an analysis in the service of action for justice. Social justice explores reality in a variety of dimensions. Über den Autor
Dr. Peggy Mulambya-Kabonde has been an ordained minister in the UCZ since 1987 and is currently serving as the first female General Secretary. She has served in different portfolios as a leader at national, regional, international scene. She is an eco, gender justice activist, writer and a member of the Circle of concerned African Women Theologians.
