Analysis of antioxidant activity in orange and lemon pulp in natura
This work aimed to analyze and describe the antioxidant activity of fresh orange and lemon pulp, and to analyze and determine the amount of total phenolic compounds in these pulps in the presence of organic solvents.It was concluded that for the quantification of phenolic compounds and determination of antioxidant capacity in fresh orange pulp, the acetonic extract, in this work, was the one that obtained better results compared to the other extracts.
