Über den Autor


Heather Macdonald is adjunct faculty in the Psychology Department at Seattle University. Dr. Macdonald came to academia after years of practice as a clinical psychologist whose work involved clinical assessment and individual therapeutic services. Macdonald's work has led to scholarly research on the interface between culture, social justice, relational ethics, clinical practice and post-colonial thought.Sara Carabbio-Thopsey is a licensed clinical psychologist. Throughout her education, training, and practice, she has served children and families. Her interests include the historical, cultural, and neoliberal complexities that impact children. In addition to her theoretical curiosities, her clinical interests encompass neuropsychological evaluation as well as individual and family therapy. Dr. Carabbio works in the greater Boston area, primarily serving individuals involved with child services.Dr. David Goodman is associate dean for Strategic Initiatives and External Relations at the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College. He is also the director of Psychological Humanities and Ethics at Boston College. Dr. Goodman has written and edited over a dozen books exploring the intersections between the fields of psychology, philosophy, and theology. He serves as series editor for the Psychology and the Other Book Series with Routledge.
