Über den Autor
Dr Sue Knowles is the Clinical Lead for Changing Minds UK, overseeing their Child and Family Service and Individual Wellbeing Service. She is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who works with young people and those who care for them, specialising in anxiety, attachment, resiliency, risk and complex trauma. Dr Bridie Gallagher is a Senior Clinical Psychologist working in secure accommodation to ensure the care of the young people is attachment informed. Bridie has special interests in working with anxiety, developmental trauma, resilience and risk. Bridie strongly believes that learning good self-care and understanding emotional wellbeing is vital to young people's healthy development. Hannah Bromley is an expert by experience, who has a history of significant mental health difficulties and has 'come out the other side'. She has worked within CAMHS alongside Clinical Psychologists to co-facilitate a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group for other young people. Hannah has additionally co-facilitated training days for teachers and school nurses. In the future she aspires to become a clinical psychologist, specialising in Neuropsychology. In the meantime, she strives to improve services for young people and advance the practice of awareness of mental wellbeing within schools.
