Modernization of agriculture requires appropriate machinery for ensuring timely field operations, effective application of agriculture inputs, and reducing drudging in agriculture. Traditionally, farmers in India have been using manual and animal operated farm equipment, but due to increased cropping intensity, this power is no longer adequate to ensure timeliness. Über den Autor
The author was born on 21th july 1987, at Ernakulam district in Kerala. He obtained B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from KCAET, Tavnur, KAU in 2010. Also, he obtained M.Tech. Degree in Farm Machinery and Power Engineering from G. B. Pant University, Pantnagar. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D degree in same departmen. from IARI, New Delhi.
