In this book, PIDTC along with SVM technique is used for two-level inverter. PIDTC of IM suffers from stator flux ripple under steady state is more while operating at and above modulation index 0.5, thereby, causing the deterioration of the harmonic spectrum of output current wave-forms. Nenavath Venkataramana Naik received B.Tech from SKU Anantapur in 2006, M.Tech from JNTU, Anantapur in 2009, PhD degree from IIT Roorkee in 2016. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor with the Dept of Electrical Engg, NIT, Rourkela, India. His research interests include PWM techniques, speed control techniques and multilevel inverters.
