Multi Dimensions of Women Entrepreneurs
While analyzing the impact of personality dimensions and entrepreneurial motivation it reveals that 63 per cent of the variance in the dependent variable of entrepreneurial motivation is explained by personality of women entrepreneurs' dimensions. The findings indicate that initiator, self-confidence, good controller, challenger, group friendliness and influencer are positively correlated with motivation of women entrepreneurs and manoeuverability is negatively correlated.
