Über den Autor
Sue Newell is professor of Information Systems and Management at Warwick Business School and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programmes. She is one of the founding members of ikon, a research centre based at Warwick University. Sue has published over 100 journal articles in the disciplines of information systems, organization studies and management, as well as numerous books and book chapters. Josh Morton is an Assistant Professor at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds (UK) and the programme director for the MSc Global Strategy and Innovation Management. He teaches strategy and innovation across different levels of study, including to business leaders. His research focuses on the work of strategists and top managers in organisations, with a particular interest at present in strategic agility, open forms of strategy, and how IT is transforming organisations. He regularly collaborates on consultancy and research projects, including with Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and IBM. Marco Marabelli is an Associate Professor at Bentley University (USA)where he teaches business process management and business analytics courses in undergraduate and MBA programmes. His research spans across the fields of organizational studies, information systems and communication. His research has been published in top journals and conference proceedings in his field.Robert D. Galliers is the University Distinguished Professor Emeritus, formerly Provost, at Bentley University, USA and Honorary Visiting Professor at Loughborough University in the UK. Formerly, he was Professor of Information Systems at the London School of Economics, Dean of Warwick Business School, both in the UK, and Head of the School of Information Systems at Curtin University in Australia.
