Über den Autor
Karl Hill has a certificate of completion and competency in architectural technology from El Camino College. He also graduated from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in urban planning (1981) and a Masters of Public Administration from California State University Fullerton (1996). He continues to practice in the field of urban planning and has for the past thirty years. He is a character illustrator and has worked in the field of public works water services for more than twenty-five years.
