This study presents in an unprecedented way the objective of drying the skin of C. limettioides Tan. applying mathematical models, quantifying the total phenolic and flavonoid content and evaluating the antimicrobial potential of a stable nanoemulsion by a low energy method.through the results obtained it could be determined that the mathematical model of Logarithm was the best fit to the experimental data.
