Knowledge of vegetable growers about the side effects of pesticides in Tapi district of South Gujarat
The knowledge of vegetable growers about the side effects of pesticides in combination with personal and socio-psychological characteristics of the farmers are expected to lead to difference in perception of the problem. It is evident that there is low level of pesticides consumption in India as compared to other agriculturally advanced countries. The present study was conducted in five Talukas viz.
