Jeff Miller was a professional chef for 20 years prior tobecoming a teacher. He was director of the Culinary Arts Programat Utah State University from 1996 to 2000 and has been on thefaculty of the Restaurant and Resort Management Program atColorado State University since 2000. Dr. Miller has publishedwidely in hospitality research journals.
