Influence of Teachers' Biographic Attributes on Their Job Performance
The research design used for the study was the descriptive research design. The population of the study consisted of all the teachers in the 598 public secondary schools in Edo State. Numbering 4493 teachers. The sample size was 30% which was 1348 teachers and the simple random technique was used. Data were collected using the questionnaire and were analyzed using percentages and multiple regression.
