Dr Sasha Tsenkova is Professor of Planning at the University of Calgary. She specializes in housing policy and comparative urban development. Her research for the World Bank, Council of Europe and the United Nations includes a range of housing and urban projects in over 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Central Asia.
