Shuai LIU received the B.S., M.S. and PhD degrees in Geographic Information System from Central South University, China. He was a research associate at National Geomatics Center of China. Currently, working at School of Engineering of Honghe University, Mengzi, China. His research interest are GPS Height Conversion, 3D modeling and computer vision.
