Über den Autor
Nehal Bhuta holds the established Chair of Public International Law at the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining Edinburgh Law School, he held the Chair of Public International Law at the European University Institute in Florence, and was a co-director of the Academy of European Law. He is a member of the editorial boards of the European Journal of International Law, the Journal of International Criminal Justice, Constellations, and Humanity. He edits, withAnthony Pagden and Benjamin Straumann, the Oxford University Press series in the History and Theory of International Law.
