Über den Autor

Duncan Smith is an Australian author and musician. He is most notable for writing three novels that come with rock music soundtracks, recorded with his band, Lighthouse XIII. These include 'The Vortex Winder' and 'The Maelstrom Ascendant,' a two book saga about Jimmy Brandt's journey through the corrupt and hedonistic world of showbiz. The third novel, 'Cultown,' is about Thomas Swan, leader of a bizarre religious cult which takes over a small American town. Smith has also written a non-fiction book, 'The Vast and the Spurious,' which analyses the recent gender war between men and women. It is a witty but compassionate look at the state of play today, a time when there is more anger between men and women than ever before.
