Floods are one of the most lethal threats of nature because of their speed of formation and extent of destruction. Therefore, its study is extremely important because it disrupts the proper functioning of the economy and social and environmental development of many cities and municipalities not only in Nicaragua but also in Latin American countries and the world in general.
